GENERAL
All orders placed with The Classic Shabby Chic will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.
PRICES, AVAILABILITY OF GOODS & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are subject to change and offer may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices do not include delivery and postage & packaging charges will be added at checkout in accordance with our standard delivery charges. All goods are sold subject to availability.
Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible so that you may choose between a full refund, delivery when the item is back in stock or an alternative product.
In the unlikely event of an item being incorrectly priced we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale at any point prior to despatch. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the product descriptions and pictures on our website are accurate slight variations in size and colour may occur.
PLACING AN ORDER

On receipt of your order we will send you an email confirmation. Please check this carefully to ensure all details are correct. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that your order has been despatched.
PAYMENT
We accept online payment in a secure environment via Paypal. Most debit/credit cards are accepted and you do not require a Paypal account.
Payment for your order will be taken immediately on placing your order. Your order will automatically be cancelled if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

DELIVERY
The Classic Shabby Chic charges a flat rate for Standard UK Delivery
Standard flat rate £4.95
Express shipping £7.95
We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive, although usually it will be much sooner. If you require something more urgently please call us to arrange. To ensure we are being eco-friendly, we reuse the packaging from our suppliers when shipping your orders.
If any item is out of stock and there is likely to be a delay with your order we will email you and if you prefer not to wait we will issue a full refund.
Please note that we do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time up to the point of despatch. After that time goods can be returned under the returns policy below.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchases but if you want to return them for any reason you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that unless goods are faulty you will be responsible for the return costs and we suggest you obtain proof of postage. Goods must be returned unused and with the original packaging and tags intact.
Where goods arrive damaged or are faulty in any other way please notify us within 48 hours by email at info@theclassicshabbychicshop.com.

It is important to The Classic Shabby Chic to help our customers retain their privacy when they use our site to shop.

The information we collect from you when creating an account or placing an order with us is used only for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you in respect of your order.
Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive completely confidential and solely for internal purposes. We will not disclose your name, address, email address or any other information to any outside party. We will not trade, sell, resell or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
We do not store your credit/debit card details and all payments are processed via Paypal and are never in our possession.
From time to time we would like to send emails to customers with updates such as special offers or new products, if you don’t wish to receive these then there is always an option to opt out at the bottom of the respective email.
LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
