Returns Policy
How it works
​If you have received an order that you would like to return you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the item/s delivery.
If any Product you purchase is damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if a fault becomes apparent within a reasonable time of your receipt of the Products (providing such fault is not a result of your negligence, or if a Product has been misdescribed, we may offer a replacement product or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

Please note that unless goods are faulty you will be responsible for the return costs and we suggest you obtain proof of postage. Goods must be returned unused and with the original packaging and tags intact.
To arrange a return please contact us via our contact form and explain the reason for the return. Unfortunately, any 'unwanted' items must be returned at the buyer's cost but the full item price will be refunded upon safe return of the item.
